From I-70, exit Mid Rivers Mall Drive (South) for approximately 3.8 miles to Ohmes Road turn right. Follow to second street, Woodlands Parkway, make a right. The training facility will be on the right.
From Hwy 40 exit North on Hwy 94 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive and make a left (North). Follow Mid Rivers for approximately 1.9 miles to Ohmes Road and turn left. Follow to second street, Woodlands Parkway, make a right. The training facility will be on the right.
